Explosion-proof certification is a work that determines that the equipment meets the requirements of explosion-proof standards, routine tests and adapts to routine tests and issues relevant certificates of conformity. The certificates can be targeted at Ex equipment or Ex components.
Inspection Guide
When applying for an explosion-proof electrical product manufacturer, he/she shall follow the following procedures and provide information and prototypes when applying for an explosion-proof certificate and test report.
Inspection information
1. Corporate Certificate
A copy of the enterprise's industrial and commercial business license (when first submitted for inspection), a letter of introduction / power of attorney / application letter.
2. Enterprise quality assurance letter
According to the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 , enterprises should provide corresponding quality assurance letters when submitting for review. When the enterprise passes ISO9001 series certification, it is enough to provide a copy of the ISO9001 series certification.
3. Technical information
The technical information submitted for review by the enterprise includes enterprise standards or technical requirements, product drawings, instruction manuals, etc. All technical information should be in duplicate.
a) Enterprise standards / technical requirements
The enterprise standards / technical requirements of the product should be written in the prescribed format. In addition to the performance requirements of the product, the content should also include explosion-proof related content: such as basic parameters, explosion-proof signs, environmental conditions of use, explosion-proof performance requirements, explosion-proof performance related tests, explosion-proof-related signs, etc.
b) Product drawings
When an enterprise applies for an explosion-proof certificate for intrinsically safe electrical equipment, it should provide assembly drawings, circuit schematic drawings, printed circuit board drawings, silk screen drawings, component material tables and nameplate drawings, etc. When an enterprise applies for an explosion-proof certificate for non-intrinsically safe electrical equipment, the technical information sent to the inspection should include drawings (including assembly drawings and part drawings) that can reflect the explosion-proof performance of the sample. When the general drawing can clearly indicate the explosion-proof parameters and structure of the product, it can also be sent to the general drawing only.
c) Instruction
The instruction manual should include basic parameters, explosion-proof marks, product appearance drawings, installation, maintenance, ordering instructions, and explicit precautions to users to ensure the explosion-proof performance of the product during installation and use.
d) Other information
For products with adhesive and casting, the corresponding adhesive, casting agent model name, performance description and relevant process documents should be provided. For products with plastic shells, the material of the plastic and the corresponding performance documents should be provided.
4. Samples sent for inspection for applying for explosion-proof certificates
The prototypes sent to the inspection by the enterprise should be consistent with the review drawings and be fully assembled, and the number of inspection units should meet the requirements. If there are special disassembly and assembly tools, they should be delivered together. For cast-seal electrical equipment, one set of products with intact cast-seal and uncensored cast-seal should be sent. The transparent parts of the observation window should be given 5 pieces, at least 3 pieces. The transparent parts of the lamp should be given 8 pieces, at least 5 pieces. The rubber aging test should provide 35×15×6 rubber blocks 3 to 5 pieces. The insulation resistance measurement of plastic housing must provide 2 plastic sheets with a diameter of 150×60 . If the size allows, the plastic shell can be measured directly.
5. Application method:
5.1 Free application: The inspection unit shall apply by itself, prepare relevant information by itself, assist in debugging the sample by itself, and modify the irregular parts of the information by itself, which has a relatively long period of time and a high overall cost.
5.2 Agent application: Agent application refers to the process of agency application by a professional explosion-proof electrical service agency, the intermediate data modification, prototype debugging, and progress coordination are handed over to the agency * according to authorization. The progress is well guaranteed. The certificate can be obtained about 30 days after signing the entrusting agreement . The disadvantage is that some agency fees need to be paid for by the agency.
Note on evidence collection time:
The drawings and samples are complete, and they all meet the standards and have no special complex tests, which are usually one month.
Description of evidence collection fee
According to the product's explosion-proof mark, product complexity, size, whether there are complex test items, and consider the representative model. Generally, it is about 10,000 yuan, which represents the model with an additional 10% each . If the charging standards for large-scale complete products, series products and centers are not listed, they shall be implemented in accordance with the "Contract Review Procedure" and determined through consultation.
Change
If the content of the explosion-proof certificate is incorrect, it should be changed in a timely manner. If the unit address is changed and the original manufacturing unit name is changed, the change procedures and application letter should be followed.
Expiration certificate renewal
When the validity period of the enterprise's explosion-proof certificate is about to expire, the enterprise shall provide a letter of application for renewal within three months before and after the validity period, and shall bring the following information to apply for renewal again. If there is any accident, please notify our center in time. The application letter includes the product name, model, original explosion-proof grade, original explosion-proof certificate number and instructions on whether the product has been changed. The company should also send the expired explosion-proof certificate and technical information submitted for inspection to the center for re-examination and provide re-inspection samples.
Implementation rules
In accordance with the provisions of the "Regulations on the Management of Industrial Product Production License of the People's Republic of China" (State Council Order No. 440 ), the "Implementation Measures for the Management of Industrial Product Production License of the People's Republic of China" ( State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Order No. 80 ) , these implementation rules are formulated. These implementation rules apply if the explosion-proof electrical products are produced, sold or used in business activities within the territory of the People's Republic of China. No enterprise shall produce explosion-proof electrical products without obtaining an explosion-proof electrical product production license, and no unit or individual shall sell or use explosion-proof electrical products without obtaining a production license in business activities.
The latest implementation rules were announced on January 19 , 2011 and implemented on March 1 , 2011 , number XK06-014 .
The implementation details apply to explosion-proof electrical products that implement production license management. Apply for a production license according to the specific characteristics of the product, and the division of product units is shown in Table 1 .
Scope of application
The new implementation rules are divided into 17 product units:
1. Explosion-proof motor: center height ≤160mm , or rated power ≤15kW , explosion-proof motor: 160mm< center height ≤280mm or 15kW< rated power ≤100kW , explosion-proof motor: 280mm< center height ≤500mm or 100kW< rated power ≤500kW , explosion-proof motor : center height >500mm or rated power >500kW .
