Singapore IMDA Certification
In April 2016, IDA and MDA were merged, but in October , the Information and Communications Development Authority ( IDA ) and the Media Development Authority of Singapore ( MDA ) were officially adjusted to the Information and Communications Media Development Authority of Singapore ( IMDA ) and the Government Technology Bureau ( GovTech ).
The following updates are available:
1. Certificate: IMDA will update the certificate on the system, but it will not affect the IDA certificate
obtained before ;
Starting from October , all certificates will be issued by IMDA .
2. About label :
All products that are collected on October 1st must comply with the new label requirements; products that are collected before October 2016 can continue to use the old label .
The specific update is as follows, changing from the original IDA to IMDA, and the others remain unchanged;
