       What is CCC certification?

       CCC certification, namely the "mandatory product certification system", is called "China Compulsory Certifioato" in English, and is abbreviated as "CCC", referred to as "3C". It is a product conformity assessment system implemented by the Chinese government in order to protect consumers' personal safety and national security, strengthen product quality management, and implement it in accordance with laws and regulations.

CCC certification data preparation

       1) For the application for mandatory product certification, please fill in the application for the applicant's "Business License of Enterprise Legal Person";
       2) Copy of the "Business License of Enterprise Legal Person" of the applicant, manufacturer and manufacturer; 3
       ) Certificate of registered trademark (when there is a registered trademark);
       4) Description of the differences between series models;
       5) Factory inspection report (initial review and factory review report), if the initial application is required to fill in the factory questionnaire;
       6) Apply for 4 prototypes;
       7) Apply for Chinese inscriptions and Chinese warning marks of products in certified products;
       8) Product assembly drawings and electrical schematics;
       9) Apply for Chinese use instructions for certified products;
       10) Apply for appearance photos of each model of products in the same application form;
       11) List of safety and electromagnetic compatibility components;
       12) Applicant, manufacturer and manufacturer must also provide relevant agreement certificates at the same time;
       13) If the company has not completed IS09001 certification, it is also necessary to provide a process flow chart of the certified product.

CCC certification process

       1) The certification application
       is based on the information provided by your company (business license, organization code certificate, product specification model, specification book), and our company makes the application for reporting information.
       2) Type test
       assists the factory products to pass the inspection, and the laboratory issues a type test report.
       3) Factory review
       can assist the factory to pass the factory inspection at one time.
       4) Assessment and issuance of certificates
       can assist the factory, and the certificates can be collected within two working days (full of information). 5)        Provide long-term consulting services
       for the application of certification marks to assist the factory in correct use of the "CCC" certification mark.        6) After obtaining the certificate,        I will provide long-term consulting services and assist the factory in passing the annual on-site supervision of prenatal inspections.

 

CCC certification factory inspection

       1) Generally, supervision and inspection will be conducted at least once a year from the 12 months after obtaining the certification.
       2) Procedures to be controlled by factory review:
       ① The storage and use control procedures of certification marks;
       ② Product change control procedures;
       ③ Document and data control procedures;
       ④ Quality record control procedures;
       ⑤ Supplier selection evaluation and daily management procedures;
       ⑥ Inspection or verification procedures for key components and materials;
       ⑦ Periodic confirmation and inspection procedures for key components and materials;
       ⑧ Production has various maintenance systems;
       ⑨ Routine inspection and confirmation inspection procedures;
       ⑩ Unqualified product control procedures;
       ⑪ Internal quality audit procedures.

CCC certification cycle

       The routine is 5-6 weeks, and it can be expedited, and an additional fee is required.
