       Purpose: to provide approval and approval of radio transmission equipment models.

Uncommitted test

       Testing agency: National Wireless Inspection Center;
       Testing Purpose: After the test is passed by the radio detection center, it will obtain the radio transmission equipment model approval certificate;
       Testing cycle: It takes 10 working days to urgently test and report, and 10 working days to apply for the approval certificate, totaling 20 working days;
       Testing items: RF performance of frequency bands GSM900 and DCS1800, conducting spurious emission, radiation spurious;
       Testing basis: YD1214-2006, YD1215-2006, YD1032-2000;

Current network (simulation network) test

       Testing agency: Beijing Transmission Research Institute
       Inspection Purpose: Test the compatibility and communication effect of mobile phones with base stations of various manufacturers.
       Testing cycle: 15 working days
       Testing project: Trial
       testing basis: MTNeTGF038
       Test content:
       ⑴ Location update test; ⑵ Telecommunications service test; ⑶ Compatibility with base stations of different manufacturers; ⑷ Compatibility with different mobile communications operating companies; ⑸ Communication effect test in urban areas, suburbs, and remote suburbs; ⑹ Communication effect test in areas with dual-frequency coverage; ⑺ Communication effect test in fixed, low-speed mobile and high-speed mobile; ⑻ Communication effect test in long-term calls during mobile; ⑼ GPRS service test (MTNET).
       Test prototypes: 2 (with batteries and chargers)
       Prototype requirements: normal business and function, normal long-term communication effect
       test data: ① 1 device inspection confirmation letter ② 1 technical manual (with color photo); ③ 1 user manual;
       Test cost:
       Note: ① The current network test prototype must be sent to the Beijing Transmission Research Institute for testing 10 days in advance; ② The modified machine will not be tested on the current network.

Certification Center Approval

       Testing agency: Telecommunications Equipment Certification Center of the Ministry of Information Industry (hereinafter referred to as "Certification Center")
       Inspection purpose: randomly select a prototype for review, and issue a telecommunications equipment inspection notice after meeting the conditions for entering the network, and notify the inspection agency to go to the certification center to collect the sample and inspection notice.
       Testing cycle: 2 days
       prototype requirements:
       ① All 12 samples should meet the requirements of EMC Tel Laboratory;
       ② There is a prototype with complete packaging: mobile phone, charger, battery, data cable, headphones, manual, certificate of conformity, warranty card, after-sales service information, driver (if any), etc.
       ③ Each prototype should have: charger, battery, certificate of conformity, IMEI sticker
       inspection items: prototype packaging, basic functional testing, photo-taking and sample inspection and acceptance.
       Test prototypes: 12 mobile phones, equipped with batteries and chargers, and one prototype has a complete packaging.
       Test data: ① 1 application form for telecommunications equipment entry access; ② Description of characters and patterns appearing on mobile phones, including characters and patterns appearing when turning on and off ④ 1 color photo of mobile phones
       Note: The 12 samples sent should meet the testing requirements of EMC and Tel Laboratory at the same time.

Prepare for sample delivery

EMC Laboratory Testing Project

       Testing agency: Communications Measuring Center
       Inspection Purpose: Check whether the electromagnetic compatibility of the sample meets national and industry standards, and issue a test report.
       Testing cycle: 15 working days (7 working days for the modified machine).
       Test items: EMC (harassment test, immunity test), SAR (specific absorption rate), safety performance test.
       Detection basis: EMC: YD 1032-2000,
       Safety performance: GB 4943-2001.
       SAR: Method for measuring electromagnetic radiation at wireless communication terminals.
       Test content: ⑴ Radiation stray harassment; ⑵ Conducted continuous harassment; ⑶ Radiation harassment immunity; ⑷ Conducted harassment immunity of AC RF field sensing; ⑸ Surge (impact) immunity; ⑹ Radiation continuous harassment; ⑺ Electrostatic discharge immunity; ⑻ Electric rapid transient pulse group; ⑼ Conducted harassment immunity of DC RF field sensing; ⑽ Voltage drop and short-term interrupt immunity; ⑾ Safety performance test. ⑿Electromagnetic radiation performance (SAR).

Thiel Laboratory Testing Project

       Testing agency: China Taier Laboratory
       Testing Purpose: Check that the radio frequency performance and audio performance of random samples meet national or industry standards and issue a test report.
       Testing cycle: 15 working days (7 working days for the modified machine).
       Testing items: business and function, GSM900/DCS1800 band GSM RF performance, audio test, environmental adaptability test, life test, battery performance, charger safety, GPRS RF performance;
       Inspection basis: service and function, environment, life, audio performance, RF performance: YD/T1215-2006; Battery: GB/T18287-2000 Charger: YD/T965-1998
       Test content: ⑴ Packaging, appearance and assembly; ⑵ 900MHZ band RF performance; ⑶ Environmental adaptability test; ⑷ Battery performance; ⑸ GPRS service and function test; ⑹1800MAZ band GPRS RF performance; ⑺ Service and functional test; ⑻ 1800MHZ band RF performance; ⑼ Life test; ⑽The safety of the charger; ⑾900MHZ frequency band GPRS RF performance; ⑿Audio performance test

Access to the Internet license

       Processing agency: Acceptance center of the Telecommunications Administration of the Ministry of Information Industry.
       Processing cycle: 10 working days
       required information: ① EMC test report; ② No commission model approval certificate; ③ Thiel Laboratory test report; ④ Current network (MTNET) test report; ⑤ GCF statement (FTA test report)

Things to note when entering the network with a modified machine

       1) The modified machine does not require MTNET (current network) testing;
       2) The modified machine EMC test project and the Thiel test project shall be determined according to the modification appraisal decision. The general modification report will give the items that need to be tested;
       3) The modified machine must submit the "Telecom Terminal Equipment Reform Application Form" and modification instructions (technical modification instructions);
       4) The modified mobile phone identification notice processing and evaluation notice processing:
       Processing agency: Telecommunications Equipment Certification Center;
       Test prototype: 1 prototype and modified machine, equipped with a battery and charger;
       Required information: ① 1 modification application form (required with a comparison photo of the modification part) ② 1 8 modification instructions ③ 1 technical manual of the prototype and modified machine (with color photos); ④ 1 user manual.
       5) Processing of modified mobile phone appraisal report:
       Processing agency: EMC, Tel Laboratory;
       Processing period: 15 working days
       Test prototype: EMC, Tel Laboratory prototype, and modified machine, equipped with a battery and charger (2 units in total).
       Required accessories: 1 fake battery and 1 RF test cable;
       Processing instructions: After the certification center passes the review of the modified mobile phone, it will issue a notification of the modified mobile phone appraisal to Tel Laboratory and EMC testing laboratory. EMC and Tel Laboratory will conduct modification identification and testing of the modified mobile phone, and issue a modification identification report.
       6) Reforming and appraisal approval: After the EMC Tel modification and appraisal test passes, the company submits the modified mobile phone appraisal report issued by EMC and Tel Laboratory to the certification center. After approval, the modified mobile phone can be connected to the network (the subsequently the same as the prototype)
       7) No commission: 3 copies of technical manual prototype and modification machine, 3 copies of color photos, and 1 copy of user manual; Tel, EMC: 1 copy of technical manual prototype and modification machine, 3 copies of color photos, and 1 copy of user manual. Except for the above 7 points, other processing procedures are consistent with the prototype network access requirements.

CCC certification

       Certification Agency: China compulsory certification is abbreviated as "CCC".
       Certification cycle: 5 working days
       Required information: ① 1 mandatory product certification application; ② 1 safety component list; ③ Charger CEMC certification certificate; ④ 1 technical manual (with color photo).
       Certification instructions: 3C certification and Internet access license are two independent recognition processes. 3C certification must obtain an EMC inspection report and a CEMC certificate for the charger before it can be processed.

Things to note

       If there are special characters or patterns in the model appearance and on-off screen, please contact the test and certification department in advance to determine whether it is allowed to use;
       for those who need to change the appearance of the phone (including characters, graphics, buttons, etc.) after the sample has been sent, the sample needs to be sent again;
       for those who need to change the device model after the sample has been sent, the sample needs to be sent again.
       For non-mobile customized mobile phones, the appearance of silk screen printing and on and off interfaces do not allow related words and logos such as "MO, CHIAN MOBILE" and other words or logos.
       To access the Internet with a mobile customized version of mobile phone, you must obtain the shortlisted agreement signed with China Mobile before you can apply.
       The network access information and related accessories need to be prepared in advance.
       The photos of the prototype should be absolutely clear, especially those that are not easy to see clearly, close-up photos should be used; the photos should be comprehensive: including the front and back sides, two sides, the front and back sides of the push and pull, the front and back sides behind the flip, and the upper and lower ends should be used. Open the back shell and remove the battery; the ratio of the photo to the prototype should be greater than 1:1.
       English instructions should be explained directly with photos. That is, print the photo separately, mark the meaning of the English and pattern directly on the photo (can be black and white), and finally, the overall description is not the other company logo.
